城市广场设计方法初探

摘要：城市广场作为城市户外公共空间的重要组成部分之一，不仅承担着提供市民休闲、交流空间的功能，还在丰富城市景观、组织城市交通等方面起着重要的作用。 无论是在历史上还是在现代，统观那些优秀的城市广场，无一不是将实际的使用功能与美化城市环境等功能完美地结合在一起的。虽然它们会因地域的差异、历史的变迁、城市的发展而有所不同，但却始终遵循了功能与形式相结合的原则。 目前我国城市化进程不断加快，在各地都在大规模进行城市广场建设同时，却没有一个符合我国实际情况的、系统的城市广场设计方法体系，导致城市广场的设计和建造处于一种比较混乱的状态。 本文在对城市广场的发展历史进行了研究后，将城市广场的设计分为广场的选址、尺度、空间组织、交通组织、景观和配套设施和设计等方面，得出了一个比较适合在我国使用的城市广场的设计方法。

Research of City Square Design

ABSTRACT: As one of the important components of the city outdoors space, the city square not only providing the space where people can release themselves and communicate with each other, but also playing an important role in enriching the city landscape, organizing the city traffic and so on. Whether in the past or in nowadays, those excellent city squares all combine the actual function and the function of beautifying the urban environment. Though they may be different to some extent because of regional difference or the development of city, none of them break this rule. At present, because of the accelerated urbanization in China, lots of city squares is being constructing in many cities. But there is not a systematic city square design system which accord with the reality of our country. This is why the design and the construction of city square in China are disordered. After having studied the history of city square, the writer analyses separately the aspects which affect the design of city square, including location, dimension, space organization, traffic organization, landscape and the design of supporting facilities. Finally a systematic city square design system has formed in this dissertation.
