中心商务区（CBD）公园规划设计研究

摘要：中心商务区（CBD: Central Business District）是城市基本实现现代化后的必然产物，是地区经济或国际经济向特大城市高度集中所凝聚的核心，具有城市区域内最大的建筑密度与交通流量。中心商务区在繁荣城市经济的同时，其高密度特征也给城市健康带来了一定影响。中心商务区公园（CBD park），作为改善城市环境，促进城市可持续发展的一种对策，其规划设计中也面临了这种特征带来的许多难题。在这种情况下，如何确保中心商务区公园的建设品质从而促进CBD健康发展就成为风景园林专业研究的重要课题。
本文从城市中心商务区的特征及其存在的问题入手，提出建设中心商务区公园对改善CBD环境的重要意义。其次，结合我国中心商务区公园建设的现状，对目前中心商务区公园规划设计中所暴露的各种问题进行分析。而后通过深入地学习和研究国内外城市中心商务区公园规划设计的优秀案例与理论，总结归纳出适合我国城市中心商务区公园发展的规划设计原则和方法, 以期对我国今后的城市中心商务区公园的建设提供积极的指导和有益的帮助。

Research on Landscape Planning and Design of Central Business District Park

ABSTRACT: As the inevitable outcome of city’s modernization, Central Business District is the hardcore of metropolises today, which has its very special features, the highest density of buildings and traffic of the city. While CBD is boosting the city economy, these features also make a bad influence on the city health. As a solution, CBD parks were created. However, they still face the high density problem. Under the circumstance, planning and design of CBD parks to ensure the space quality of CBD become a challenge and significance of landscape architecture.
The study on CBD’s features and problems is the cut-point in the paper, which brings out the significance of CBD parks. Based on the current constructions of CBD parks in China, existing problems on planning and design are discussed. After the careful study on the excellent CBD park models around the world, the paper summarizes the principles and methods of CBD parks planning and design to help and guide the future constructions in China.
