探讨北京城市历史风貌保护与更新方法——基于南锣鼓巷的实地调查和巴黎相关案例研究

摘要：北京在建国后逐步形成了历史文化名城-历史文化保护区-文物保护单位的初步保护体系，并且对自身的历史价值有了一定认识。但在城市历史保护与更新方面还处于起步阶段，依然存在很多问题。城市历史风貌被破坏的现象时有发生。
北京的南锣鼓巷历史文化保护区在一定程度上可以说是一个较为成功的案例。本文经过对南锣鼓巷历史文化保护区的实地调查和分析，调查重点放在南锣鼓巷大街及其物质因素的保护上，力求找到它成功的原因和影响因素。同时也总结依然存在的一些现象和问题。
法国在城市历史风貌保护与更新上有着悠久的历史，形成了一套日趋完善的体系：对保护建筑、保护区、ZPPAUP以及景观地分别制定了不同的制度和相关措施。不管是对物质空间还是对人的行为方式的保护，都有我们值得借鉴学习的地方。也因此取得了显著的成效，使得法国成为世界上一个极具历史气息的，同时又兼有现代活力的国家。
因此本文还通过对法国城市历史风貌保护与更新的体系以及法国巴黎马雷保护区具体案例的研究和分析，然后总结出它对南锣鼓巷文化保护地区的借鉴和指导意义。期望在总结出南锣鼓巷的地成功改造经验的基础上，对其今后的进一步更新和改造提出可行性的建议。同时对北京其它历史文化保护区的保护形成参考价值。

Study on the method of conservation and renewal of historical scene of Beijing-Based on investigation of Nanluoguxiang and cases of Paris

ABSTRACT: After the founding of the PRC，China gradually set up a three classes system of conservation and renewal of city historical look, which is Historical and Cultural Cities, Conservancy District Of History And Culture, Cultural Relics Protection Unit. At the same time, we’ve got some certain recognition of it. But we China is still at the starting edge of conservation of city historical scene, there still exists a lot of problems. The destruction of historical look is often occurred.
The conservation of nanluoguxiang is a successful case to some extent. Based on the investigation and analysis of nanluoguxiang, which put the emphasis on nanluguxiang street and the conservation of material factors, we hope to find out the factors of success.
France has a long history and complete system of protecting and renewing of city historical look. It has different systems and measures with historical architectures, protected areas, ZPPAUP and landscape sites. Whether is conservation of material spaces or conservation of people’s behavior way, it has its special way of protection which is worth using for reference. France has gained great achievements in conservation of historical scene, which enable her to become a country with historical atmosphere and simultaneously modern vigor.
Thus, this article aim to do some analysis of the protection of historical look of France, and then based on what we’ve got to make some suggestions to Beijing and put forward some recommendations to future development.
